If you've recently installed a Windows update and you are having a problem, here's how to uninstall the update to try to resolve the issue:

Windows 11:

  1. Select Start  > Settings  > Windows Update  > Update history  > Uninstall updates.

  2. On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.

Windows 10:

  1. Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update  > View update history > Uninstall updates.
  2. Select and hold (or right-click) the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.

To prevent automatic updates and restore them later, you can utilize the software called "Windows Update Blocker v1.7". Feel free to download it.
